Technical Commuincation and User Advocacy
As a user advocate, I believe accessibility, usability, and inclusivity should be central to all communication initiatives.
With a B.A. in Professional and Technical Writing and a minor in Applied Linguistics from Georgia Southern University, I specialize in creating accessible content that balances clarity and usability. My experience includes developing style guidance centered on accessibility and usability, designing WCAG-compliant web content, and solving problems through user-centered approaches.
My work is informed by ongoing research interests in cognitive design, user advocacy and experience, and intersections of linguistic change and user-facing communication. I'm currently seeking remote opportunities in technical writing/editing, UX/UI research and writing, or documentation where I can contribute to meaningful, accessible content while continuing to grow my skills in user advocacy and technical communication.
